Arcadia Festival Toolkit
The Arcadia Festival Toolkit is a concise and adaptable toolkit for festival producers in the video game space and beyond. This kit is intended to be an easy-to-use document that guides you through the steps of putting on an event or festival, from early-stage planning, all the way through to event delivery and post-production. It’s a free resource that can be used by anyone planning an event no matter the scale.
About Arcadia
Arcadia was started by Biome Collective as a small sharing event in a co-working space. Over the years, this event has developed into a festival with public talks, games exhibitions, and workshops. This toolkit is a collection of our learning over the past 8 years. As a team based in Scotland, some learning is specific to our region, however, this learning can be applied anywhere. We encourage you to use what works for you and experiment to generate your own learning.
The team
This toolkit was made by the Arcadia team from Biome Collective; written and produced by Malath Abbas & Susie Buchan with graphic design and layout by Tom deMajo and proofreading by Jonny Walker.
